Returns and Exchanges
We understand that when you shop online the products you buy may be different to what you expected. If you are dissatisfied with a product, let us know within 14 days of receiving it and we will happily provide a refund or store credit. Items returned after the 14 day period will be entitled to a store credit only, which is redeemable for a 3 month period.
The product must be unused and in the original condition with all tags attached.
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
Postage charges to return a product are the responsibility of the customer.
Black Caviar Designs reserves the right to deny refund/exchange requests if the returned product does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
NO RETURNS OR WARRANTY ON EARRINGS.
If an item arrives with a fault or defect you must inform us within 15 working days (dated by the order receipt). You must contact us prior to return. Once we receive the return we will issue either a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be paid to your credit card or PayPal account.
All shipping costs will be paid by us should the exchange be for a faulty item.
Products Purchased from our Stockists
If your item was purchased from one of our stockists please contact them directly with your proof of purchase to organise your return/exchange.
We offer three months warranty on all of our products.
Black Caviar Designs will replace faulty items that have been purchased at www.blackcaviardesigns.com.au within three months. If the item is no longer available we will provide a store credit.
NO WARRANTY ON EARRINGS.
How to Return/Exchange
Fill in the contact form below & let us know your order number, what item you would like to return & why. We will get back to you with a returns form to print and place in the parcel with your item.
