Returns and Exchanges
We understand that when you shop online, the products you buy may be different from what you expected. If you are dissatisfied with a product, let us know within 14 days of receiving it, and we will happily provide a refund or store credit.
Items returned after the 14 day period will be entitled to a store credit only.
The product must be unused and in the original condition with all tags attached and packaging.
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
Postage charges to return a product are the responsibility of the customer.
Black Caviar Designs reserves the right to deny refund/exchange requests if the returned product does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
NO RETURNS OR WARRANTY ON EARRINGS.
Faulty Products
All items are quality-controlled before dispatch, but if you receive an item that is not right, please contact our team within 14 days of recieving your order at orders@blackcaviardesigns.com.au. Please include the order number and a photo of the fault, and our Customer Care team will respond as soon as possible with a solution.
If the item is deemed faulty, we will organise a repair or replacement. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered. Please note that items that are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, accident, failure to use in accordance with care instructions, or misuse will NOT be considered faulty.
Warranty
Black Caviar Designs will replace/repair faulty items purchased at www.blackcaviardesigns.com.au within three months.
Genuine manufacturing faults are usually detected during this period. Please take care to ensure that you use and store your bags properly. Do not use any harsh chemicals to clean bags, wear light-coloured bags with dark clothing or vice versa and carry excessive weight in the bags. Any scratches, scuff marks on bag surfaces, pen marks, and other marks that are deemed wear & tear. Please take extra care and avoid getting the bag wet and coming in contact with any rough surfaces.
Products Purchased from our Stockists
Black Caviar Designs only accepts returns from orders placed on our website. If you have purchased through a Black Caviar Designs stockist, please contact the retailer where you purchased, and they’ll be able to assist with your return.
