CONDITIONS OF GIFT CERTIFICATES

Certificates can be redeemed for online merchandise only and not for cash.
Certificates can only be redeemed with Black Caviar Designs online, not with any other reseller of Black Caviar Designs.
No change or credit will be given: any remaining balance on the card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases.
Gift Certificates are in $AUD only

CURRENCY

All international currencies convert to Australian dollars at checkout. Conversions rates are approximate.

GST / TAXES

A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price and the freight price shown.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Black Caviar Designs online accepts International orders on full price items only. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders for items on sale. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax (GST).
Please note: that some countries will charge an extra fee for taxes and duties. This is basically a processing fee when shipment requires a formal clearance and when duties & taxes are invoiced and paid by DHL on the customer’s behalf.

PAYMENT METHODS & PROCESSING

Black Caviar Designs currently accepts Visa and MasterCard and PayPal only. Goods are sent when the total amount has been approved and debited from your account. Placing your order means you are engaged in a contract and that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered.

PRICE

Black Caviar Designs reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our online site at any time. The price payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are confirmed as ordered. Black Caviar Designs also reserves the right to discontinue any promotions as we see fit.

SALE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, if you require further information please contact us. Promotional codes are not valid during sale periods.
Please note: that sale items, length of sale and times that sales occur are at the discretion of Black Caviar Designs and may change without notice.

Welcome Code

Eligibility
The Welcome Code is available exclusively to new customers who subscribe to our Newsletter.
Your Welcome Code will be sent via email after successful sign-up.
The code is single-use and limited to one per customer.
Discount Details
The Welcome Code entitles you to 10% off your first purchase.
This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Exclusions & Limitations
The Welcome Code is not valid on gift cards, previous purchases, or in conjunction with any other offer.
It is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
How to Redeem
To redeem, enter the code at checkout in the ‘Discount code or Gift card’ field before completing your purchase.
The discount will be automatically applied to the order total.

Promotional Periods
All discounts, sales, or promotional offers are valid strictly within the advertised promotional period and cannot be extended or applied outside of those dates.
Eligibility
Promotions are valid for purchases made during the promotional period only. Orders placed before or after this time will not be eligible for the advertised discount.
Price Adjustments
BlackCaviar Designs does not offer price adjustments on items purchased prior to the start of any sale, promotion, or price change. Prices are final at the time of purchase. This includes instances where the same item is later discounted as part of a different promotional period.
Availability
Promotions are subject to stock availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.
Exclusions
Certain items may be excluded from promotional pricing. These exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of promotion.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns or exchanges on promotional items are subject to our standard Returns Policy. In the case of a return, the amount refunded will reflect the price paid at the time of purchase.
